What the contact form collects
The form requires your name, email address, a description of what you are trying to accomplish, and confirmation that you read this notice. Optional details include project interest, organization, phone number, organization type, deployment preference, and approximate timeline. Project interest is sent as “Not sure yet” unless you choose another option. Cloudflare Turnstile may also process limited technical information to protect the form from automated abuse.

We use the inquiry details to understand your request, evaluate whether the work may be a fit, reply, and discuss possible next steps.
Services used by the form
Cloudflare hosts the website and helps protect the contact form from automated abuse. Resend delivers completed inquiries to Properly Applied by email. These providers process the technical information and form content needed to provide those services. They may retain limited technical records or message data under their own settings and privacy terms.
Storage, access, and retention
The website does not save contact-form submissions in a database or send automatic replies. Submitted inquiries are delivered to a business mailbox. Access is limited to authorized people responsible for reviewing and responding to them.
We keep inquiry messages only as long as needed to respond, manage any resulting work, and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Service providers may keep related records according to their own settings and privacy terms.
Direct email
If you email hello@properlyapplied.com directly, your message does not use the form's Turnstile and Resend delivery path. Your email provider and Properly Applied's mailbox provider process the message under their own practices.
Do not send sensitive material
Do not submit passwords, confidential records, regulated data, student records, medical information, customer data, export-controlled information, or other sensitive material through the contact form or the public email address. An initial inquiry should describe the workflow at a general level. A more appropriate exchange method can be discussed later if needed.

Analytics and advertising
The site code does not include advertising pixels, cross-site tracking, or third-party audience analytics. Cloudflare Turnstile still evaluates browser and request signals to protect the form from automated abuse. Hosting, security, and delivery services may create basic infrastructure logs.
Privacy questions and requests
Email hello@properlyapplied.com with a privacy question or a question about an inquiry you submitted. You can also ask us to correct or delete information you provided. We may need to confirm your identity before completing a request.
